Many of you have seen my latest series coming together, whether in my last blog post, or on Facebook (if you don't follow me there, please join me by clicking here). Well, I am happy to unveil all three pieces in my newest series... Simple Pleasures. My view of life is quite simple. Do what brings you joy, and you will always have a reason to smile! Just like me and my quilting đđ
With that in mind, I went back to my handy sketch book and list of quilts I want to make at some point and started with three pieces: "Let it Flow", a single ballerina dancing ivy the shores of the local creek, to the beat of her own drum (you met this piece in my last post); "Summer Breeze", a day at the river, with two friends practicing their dancing moves under the sway of the palm trees; and "Fun In The Sun", a group of friends enjoying an afternoon on the beach. I have 3 more in this series, either in progress or sketched out, so I hope you find them as much fun as I do. But hey, if not, just know they bring me joy đđ.
